Too cold and too much snow

It is unclear what makes the city council the whole time and
in any case, , maybe they are only talking and dont act. The
roads and streets are not free from snow and city council
should make them free. Wheater ist bad und cold.
This could be dangerous for people. The city council as the banks are not as effective. It is consumed by them too much time on unimportant things, but which cost the citizens money. The behavior of some of the municipalities and banks is too provincial. They think in cliches good for them, who bring no money but on the whole.
