Most men are usually attracted to physical beauty. Ladies with beautiful skin will surely be a captivating view for men to watch. Women with supple and vibrant skin are an epitome of good health. The radiance of their skin determines how well they take care of themselves. Because of this, ladies with fair skin types are admired.

But not all women have the same skin types. Some are blessed with almost perfect skin; while others experience dark spots in different parts of the body. Other skin discolorations are caused by hormonal imbalance. In some cases, the presence of too much melanin, a dark brown pigment made by melanocytes (skin cells), lead to dark areas that may not be pleasant to look at. As a result, some women would rather wear long sleeves and jeans instead of being laughed at with their dark areas that can be easily seen.

If you are suffering from this problem, don’t fret. There are several ways to solve this irritation. A good way to get rid of dark elbows and knees is to rub lime juice in your problem areas. After 10 to 15 minutes, soak a towel in a hot water and you can firmly scrub the dark parts. Do this every day. Another practical way is to mix half teaspoon of coconut oil and one teaspoon of lime juice. Do the same with the soaked towel. Beauty soaps may also help. A number of whitening soaps and beauty agents have shown better results in lightening skin problems.
